Week 53 - Kleinigkeiten

Liebe Grüße!

This week was amazing! We had a lot of appointments, and started to officially give tours of the church building. It was just such a good week.

So today i read a way cool scripture in the Old Testament. In this scripture, there was a man named Naaman, who had leprosy. He heard of the prophet Elisha, and that he could heal him. Elisha told him to wash 7 times in the river Jordan. "But Naaman was wroth, and went away, and said, Behold, I thought, He will surely come out to me, and stand, and call on the name of the Lord his God, and strike his hand over the place, and recover the leper. Are not Abana and Pharpar, rivers of Damascus, better than all the waters of Israel? may I not wash in them, and be clean? So he turned and went away in a rage." Then in 2 Kings 5: 13: "And his servants came near, and spake unto him, and said, My father, if the prophet had bid thee do some great thing, wouldest thou not have done it? how much rather then, when he saith to thee, Wash, and be clean?" So he did, and he became clean. I think we can also expect the same thing. We shouldn't always expect a big responsibility from God in order to be obedient. It's more important to do all of the little things. They are the things that make a difference.

Well that was it for this week. It was short, sorry. Vielen Dank für die Unterstützung!
